Let’s Retreat! During retreats, we focus on well-being from the inside-out. Using different self-care practices and healing modalities, we emphasize: nourishing meals, meaningful connections, body movement, and self-discovery. That looks like slow mornings, daily meditations, local cuisine, free time to explore nature, well-being workshops, lots of laughter, and ample time to rest and recharge the nervous system.

Soul Trust Ignite Signature Retreats
If you are craving some time away and an opportunity to step out of your home routine, meet us at a Soul Trust Ignite retreat. You can come with a friend or two, or you can come alone. The group that gathers is always perfectly aligned to be together. Themes will differ, however, our emphasis on holistic health and nervous system regulation remain the same. These are truly special places to drop in, discover and choose your direction forward.
Build-Your-Own Private Retreats
This is a great option if you’ve got a space in mind and a group of people ready to say “yes!” You have the opportunity to sign up as a retreat “host” and invite the guests who you would love to be there with you. Soul Trust Ignite will facilitate the entire retreat and take care of all logistics and scheduling details. With your guidance and input, we will craft a cozy weekend for the girls, a milestone birthday celebration, an intimate extended family gathering, or a reunion for your group of friends you are finally getting together with after far too long.

Activities include but are not limited to: daily morning meditations, yoga, sound bath healing, well-being workshops, massage, dance, journaling, free time, connected conversation, nature immersion, and beyond.
We create a loose structure with the intention for you and your guests to show up exactly as you are and to participate in a way that feels true to you.
