Q1 Connect & Reflect Workshop

Reflect. Connect. Realign.

This workshop is an intentional pause — a space to thoughtfully close Q1 (January–March) so you can move into Q2 with clarity and joy.

Together, we’ll move through three clear phases.

REFLECT on Q1.
We’ll take honest inventory of the last quarter — what worked, what felt energizing and valuable, what felt sticky or draining, and where you may have overridden yourself. This isn’t about judging the past; it’s about learning from it so you move forward with wisdom instead of repeating old patterns.

CONNECT — with yourself and with others.
You’ll reconnect with your values, your energy, and what actually matters to you right now. And you’ll engage in meaningful conversation with others who are also building, growing, navigating, and evolving. You get to bring your business goals, your personal pursuits, and everything in between. All of you belongs here.

REALIGN for Q2 with clarity and joy.
From this grounded place, you’ll recalibrate. We’ll clarify how you want your life to feel next quarter, what deserves your energy, what needs to shift, and what you’re ready to release. You’ll leave with aligned priorities and your next right steps — a clear, practical path forward.

At STI, we don’t believe in rigid, “set it and forget it” goal setting. We believe goals are iterative and alive. If something no longer feels aligned, you don’t wait until December to adjust — you realign now.

Somatic Breathwork Session: What to Expect

1. Setting the Stage (20 minutes) We’ll begin by cultivating a safe and supportive environment for all participants. This time is dedicated to connecting with each other, explaining the breathwork process, addressing any questions, and setting intentions for a truly transformative experience.

2. Breathwork Journey (45 minutes) Next, we’ll dive into a carefully curated breathwork journey, guided by a custom playlist and personalized coaching. While all breathing techniques are optional, they are designed to help you access your subconscious mind and explore beliefs, emotions, and experiences that may feel stuck or stagnant in your body or in your mind.

Breathing Techniques:

  • Belly Breathing: Activates a sense of safety in your body; we begin and end here.

  • Active Breathing: This double inhale technique stimulates a process of “super-oxygenation,” energizing your body’s energy centers and enhancing your experience.

3. Reflection and Sharing (10 minutes) After the breathwork, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect through private processing and group sharing, allowing you to process your experience.

Notes:

  • Throughout the session, you are in complete control of your breath choice and technique. You can decide when to lean in and when to hit the brakes, making this journey uniquely yours.

  • In this journey, we harness the power of breath to bring awareness and vitality to the hidden parts of ourselves. By offering voice and healing to these aspects, we can integrate and transform patterns that may be unconsciously limiting your ability to create the dream life you deserve.

  • Embrace this opportunity to heal, integrate, and move forward with newfound clarity and purpose. This session is more than just breathing—it's a chance to connect deeply with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and step into your full potential. You won’t regret this transformational experience.

  • Please arrive a few minutes prior to get settled so we can begin on-time :)
